This 1998 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am coupe was specified with the WS6 Ram Air Performance and Handling Package, which added Ram-Air induction, functional hood scoops, 17″ polished aluminum wheels, a tuned suspension, and a power steering cooler. The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 155-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline along with gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 42k miles.
The 5.7-liter LS1 V8 features Ram-Air induction was factory rated at 320 horsepower and 335 lb-ft of torque. A UMI Performance strut tower brace spans the engine bay, and an SLP air induction box is equipped. An oil change was carried out in preparation for the sale.
Power is routed to the rear wheels via a four-speed automatic transmission and a Torsen limited-slip differential. A Borla exhaust system has been fitted.
The window sticker lists initial delivery to Family Pontiac of Canton, Ohio, as well as factory colors, equipment, and a total vehicle price of $30,475.
